2. Data processed
Browsing data
IT systems and hosting services may process IP address, request date and time, page visited, browser, device, referrer and technical information required for security and operation.
Data provided by you
When you request information, book a beach spot or event, or place a beach order, we may process your name, telephone number, requested dates, selected services or products, number of guests and notes.
Please do not include health data or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Requests, bookings and orders: steps requested before a contract and performance of the requested service.
- Security and maintenance: legitimate interest and legal obligations.
- Administrative requirements: compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
- Analytics: optional consent provided through the cookie banner.
- Meta advertising measurement: optional marketing consent.
Rejecting Analytics or Marketing does not restrict bookings, menu access or any other essential website feature.
4. Services and recipients
Data may be processed by authorised staff and providers strictly necessary for the service:
- Netlify for website hosting and delivery;
- Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for availability, orders and booking requests;
- WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to open or send a conversation;
- Google Analytics 4 only when configured and after Analytics consent;
- Meta Pixel only when configured and after Marketing consent.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the transfer mechanisms described in their terms and applicable law.
5. Cookies and tracking tools
The website uses technical local storage and may load third-party analytics or marketing tools only after consent.

Managing consent
Analytics and Marketing are disabled on the first visit. You may accept, reject or select them separately and change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences”.
6. Retention
Contact, order and booking data is retained for the time required to provide the service and comply with applicable administrative obligations. Security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s settings.
A two-month user-level retention period is recommended for Google Analytics. Campaign data follows the account settings and the relevant provider’s policy.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time.

8. Updates
This notice may be updated when services, providers or processing activities change.
